EG Associates ltd was formed by Steve Gomm & Simon Eddison who between them have over 50 years of construction expertise.
Steve Gomm
Steve is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 20 years of management experience, and a true passion for the industry. His journey began during his last years of school when he discovered his love for construction whilst helping to repair a damaged brick wall. Since then, Steve has embarked on a diverse career path, holding various positions through construction management that have shaped his expertise and knowledge.
Known for his strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, Steve builds strong relationships with clients, design and construction teams. His hands-on approach and commitment to safety and quality control consistently lead to successful project outcomes.
Dedicated to professional growth, Steve stays current with industry trends and technology through ongoing development. His collaborative approach and focus on delivering exceptional results make him a valuable asset to any construction project.
Simon Eddison
With over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Simon has built a distinguished career that began in a family painting and decorating business. Starting as a trainee surveyor, he has steadily advanced to become the Commercial Lead on numerous large-scale projects.
Simon is passionate about achieving “best value” and possesses a wealth of experience across a diverse range of construction endeavours, from high-end new builds to fast-track fit-outs, covering both commercial and domestic sectors.
His academic journey began with a degree in Maritime Studies from Liverpool before he shifted focus to earn a degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University. During his studies, he honed his skills while training at Trafalgar House Construction Management, where he discovered his enthusiasm for commercial excellence. Simon is dedicated to maintaining budgets on every project, ensuring that quality and efficiency go hand in hand.
