Steve is a seasoned construction professional with a true passion for the industry. His journey began during his last years of school when he
discovered his love for construction whilst helping to repair a damaged brick wall. Since then, Steve has embarked on a diverse career path, holding various positions that have shaped his expertise and knowledge.
Steve began his life in the construction Industry as a labourer, but soon found an interest in carpentry & Joinery gaining skills and qualifications that would shape him into multi-skilled tradesmen. It wasn’t long before Steve was given some site responsibility that soon developed into a site foreman role. It was from here that the journey to senior project manager began.
It was from the tradesman experience that provided the breadth of experience that has provided Steve with a deep understanding of the construction process from multiple perspectives.
What sets Steve apart is his dynamic approach to project management. With a strong background in the trades, he brings a hands-on perspective with commercial awareness to his work. This background strengthens his relationships with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients, enabling him to communicate effectively and build trust.

With over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Simon has built a distinguished career that began in a family painting and decorating business. Starting as a trainee surveyor, he has steadily advanced to become the Commercial Lead on numerous large-scale projects.
Simon is passionate about achieving “best value” and possesses a wealth of experience across a diverse range of construction endeavors, from high-end new builds to fast-track fit-outs, covering both commercial and domestic sectors.
His academic journey began with a degree in Maritime Studies from Liverpool before he shifted focus to earn a degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University. Durin
